We take the time to make sure the exterior of your house is protected with the proper applications before we even start painting. These precautions must be taken on exterior surfaces to prevent water leaks, cracks, separation, mold and mildew. We'll make sure your exterior paint stands the test of time by removing loose paint, filling cracks and pressure washing when necessary. After all surfaces have been cleaned and have received proper preparation, it'll be ready for a fresh coat of paint and a whole new look. COMMERCIALBay City Painters (BCP) carries full Workers Compensation and $5,000,000 in Liability Insurance Coverage. Our painters have undergone safety training including W.H.M.I.S., Ariel platform training, fall arrest training as well as weekly safety meetings. As always our painters use safety gear including; fall arrest, safety helmets and respirators where required.
We have completed numerous commercial projects throughout Ontario. Currently we are satisfying ongoing contracts with Accucaps Industries, London + Middlesex Housing, Iron Horse Construction, The Thames Valley District School Board, Span Construction (Costco) and numerous Automobile dealerships. We pride ourselves on the polite and friendly manner in which we interact with both our customers and their patrons. Bay City Painters handles industrial and commercial painting projects across Western Ontario. We offer a variety of painting services from building refinishing to metal surface restoration and metal siding repairs.
